1、 The purpose and characteristics of the fan
GG1-15~GG35-15 ventilation fans and GY1-15~GY35-15 induced draft fans are specialized through induced draft fans for industrial boilers with a capacity of 1t/h~35t/h. With the further improvement of the treatment of 'three wastes', there are higher requirements for boiler dust removal and boiler thermal efficiency. Therefore, there are higher requirements for the fans used in boilers. After on-site investigation and boiler operation needs, our company has launched a high-pressure series of 1t/h to 35t/h boiler supporting fans to replace the previous 1t/h to 35t/h boiler supporting fans.
The characteristics of this series of fans are: high efficiency, flat performance curve, and wide efficient operating area.
2、 Performance parameter table of centrifugal induced draft fans for GG1-15~GG35-15 and GY1-15~GY35-15 boilers
The parameters provided in the performance table are calculated for the ventilation fan based on air temperature of 20 ℃, atmospheric pressure of 101325Pa, and gas density of 1.2kg/m3; The induced draft fan is calculated based on a flue gas temperature of 200 ℃, atmospheric pressure of 101325Pa, and a flue gas density of 0.745kg/m3.
